PLANNED ROAD RESTRICTION NOTIFICATION - Walburn Bridge Closure

Location: Walburn Head, Walburn, near Bellerby
Description of works: Full road closure for Parapet Wall repairs on Walburn Bridge

The Restriction will be in place for a period of 18 days between 20th January 2026 and 6th February 2026

Service 159 will divert NON STOP via Catterick Camp Centre and Leyburn Road and Range Road

Re-joining route at Walburn lane end (As per previous closures)

Description of works:Temporary Road Closure in connection with tree maintenance works.

The road will be closed for up to three days starting on Wednesday 25 February 2026 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm each day

Service 79 will operate via Low Lane during the closure periods
